The main activity of Servisinvest s.r.o. is organizational provision and consulting activities in the implementation of tenders, assistance to investors in the selection of suppliers and subcontractors of public contracts, assistance to contracting authorities in organizing the acquisition of grant funds, performing analyses of offer prices, creating control budgets and performing the function of technical supervision of the investor.
The company's strategy is to provide assistance to contracting authorities in resolving issues related to the organization of public tenders. We provide a comprehensive organization of public procurement in accordance with the wording of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. As amended, as well as according to the directives of the subsidy provider within national programs and programs financed by the EU, including the subsequent performance of the function of technical supervision of the client for construction contracts.
Our company provides services not only for investors defined by the Public Procurement Act, but also for private investors who can save considerable resources with our help.
Only experts who have proven their quality in many tenders and construction companies work for our company. They participate in regular trainings on the topic organized by experts from the Office for the Protection of Competition, the Ministry for Regional Development, etc. They regularly train and monitor changes not only in the area of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., but also in the area of public procurement, in which foreign aid programs financially participate.
